Update: Washington State Department of Ecology Nooksack Adjudication 

CMCC sent out a message to all Lot Owners on March 29, 2025 and also posted the message on the CMCC website. The message may be found here: 

Recently, there is renewed discussion on this topic causing concern. 

This is a reminder that The Colony Mountain Community Club is a Class A Public Water System, a response about our community well to the WA-DOE will be provided by our Volunteer Water Management Team on this matter. No individual Lot Owner response is required unless you have an operational well on your property that is separate from the community well system.

If you want more information on this topic, there is a meeting being held next Thursday, May 21st in Edison. See the information from the WA-DOE website below.
