On September 17^th and 18^th, Skagit County is planning on installing an overflow culvert across Colony Mountain Drive at Harrison Creek (where the road is currently one lane) and patching the road.  When the work is complete, the road will be two lanes wide and the truck restrictions will be removed.  Watch for road closure signs.
