Scheduled to begin August 20, 2018 and is scheduled to be completed in January 2019.  The primary contractor for the project is RAM Construction with much of the trenching and waterline installation being performed by Soto & Sons Construction.

Note about Trucks using Colony Mountain Drive: Skagit County has issued permits to our contractors requiring the trucks loaded with materials to use Wood Road to enter the area and allowing them to use Colony Mountain Drive to exit (this creates a one-way loop and minimizes trucks coming across other trucks on Wood Road)  They are also allowing trucks containing equipment to enter and exit from Colony Mountain Drive.
