A regular annual meeting of the Shareholders is held each fall where shareholders may discuss the business of the community and bring forward motions for the betterment of the community. The presence, in person or by proxy, of 25% of the shareholders constitutes a quorum for this meeting. Special meetings may be called in addition, as needed.
