You may have received Nooksack Adjudication documents via certified mail from the Washington Department of Ecology. These documents are being sent to everyone in northwest Skagit county. 

The Colony Mountain Community Club is a Class A Public Water System, so if you DO NOT have a private well on your property (most CMCC properties) or if you have a well that is permanently capped off and it will not ever be used in the future, then the instructions state that you are to do nothing. The CMCC board will respond on your behalf.
